I currently live in Sachse Texas and have lived in the North Dallas Region for 55 years. Married to wife Laurie for 37 years and have 3 daughters, Cori, Amanda and Mary.
As a citizen of the Sachse community, I volunteer time to the Planning and Zoning Board.
Education and Work History
Graduated North Garland High School in 1973 continued at Richland Junior College (Construction Management) 1973 to 1975. Fall of 1975 went into family business Paint and Drywall for Residential and Light Commercial and Custom remodel/new construction. 1990 started North Texas Services sales, service and instruction for Passive Fire Protection and Waterproofing Lines 3M Construction Markets with a ending territory of Four States. Primary sales , training and warranty issues for Rehab/Waterproofing projects involving Stadiums , parking facilities, river locks, dams, highway projects and large commercial projects. In 2002, 3M discontinued the line due to changes in the availability of raw product and cost.
From 2003 to 2009 partnered with others in construction projects for masonry, concrete and general dirt work related projects and then decided to use my very diverse background and pursue real estate.
Goals With my back ground, reputation and knowledge- I hope to bring commercial real estate services not normally available to the market. Current Listing – 15 million in the Sachse/Rowlett Area
